Replacement and Return Policy Replacement Policy: 1- The consumer has the right to replace the product presented to him by the store within (7) days following the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right to replace the product after passing the seven days. 2- To replace the product, the original invoice must be attached, and it must be in good condition and in the same state in which it was received, with the original packaging, and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacing it to ensure its safety, and the consumer bears the cost of shipping and any other costs resulting from that if he wants to replace the product. 3- The customer has the right, in case of a manufacturing defect, to report it within 24 hours of delivery if the delivery was through external shipping companies. The consumer does not have the right to request a replacement in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified, except for products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If a defect appears in the product due to the consumer’s misuse. 3- If furniture products have been installed. 4- If the product is part of discounts or seasonal offers. Return Policy: 1- The consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product presented to him by the store within (3) three days following the date of receiving the product, and he does not have the right after passing (3) three days. 2- To return the product, the original invoice must be attached, and it must be in good condition and in the same state in which it was received, with the original packaging, and the consumer must not have used the product or gained its benefit. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety, and we have the right to refuse the return request or the amount if the product is in poor condition, damaged, or missing any part of its contents, or if the returned shipment is lost with the shipping company. The customer bears the follow-up of the shipment and requests compensation from them without the store bearing any responsibility. 3- The consumer bears the costs of the return process and the shipping fee paid at the time of purchase. The consumer does not have the right to request a return in the following cases: 1- If the product was manufactured based on the consumer’s request or according to specifications he specified, except for products with a defect or that violated the specifications set by the consumer. 2- If a defect appears in the product due to poor handling by the consumer. 3- If furniture or gaming products have been installed fully or partially. 4- If the product is part of discounts or seasonal offers. 5- The consumer must inspect the product fully before installation, and if damage is found, contact customer service and report the damage to resolve the issue before installing the product. Refund Policy: The refund process is carried out as follows: 1. The amount is refunded by returning the value to the same bank account used at the time of order, after receiving and inspecting the returned products and confirming their condition. 2. If the customer requests a product replacement, he bears the costs of returning the product to be replaced, in addition to the shipping costs of the new product, and any price difference, if applicable, will be paid or refunded. 3. If payment was made via bank transfer, the amounts will be refunded to the same account or card used for payment. 4. The process of refunding to the bank account may take up to 14 working days from the date of receiving the returned products, with possible delays if the transfer is between different banks. 5. If you are sure about returning the products, you can contact us via the website chat or WhatsApp, or by sending the order number through the inquiries and suggestions page. 6. After approval of the return request, we will arrange to receive the products from the same delivery address within 2-5 days. The customer can contact us through our official customer service platforms listed at the bottom of the store. Important Note: Upon receiving the product, you must verify its safety before installation. If a manufacturing defect is found, it must be returned in the original carton. Order: By ordering products through our website, you confirm your desire to conclude a contract with us to purchase those products at the prices listed at the time and date of your order. We reserve the right to change product prices from time to time, during promotional periods or if products are priced incorrectly, for example. If the corrected price of the products at the time of your order is higher than the price mentioned, we will contact you for your instructions regarding the process before accepting your order. Please note that completing the online purchase process or sending our confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Your order is considered accepted only upon delivery to you and upon full receipt of the payment. If we are unable to supply the products you ordered and do not complete your order for any reason, such as ordering more than 15 pieces of the same product, we will inform you. Delivery / Pickup: We can fulfill your order for delivery or pickup only within the countries where we are permitted to sell the products. You can choose either to have the products delivered to your address or to pick them up from one of our stores. If you choose to pick up from a store, you will be asked to select the store that suits you. You can also pick up the order from a specific store for the same brand from which you purchased the products. If you choose delivery to your address, please note that delivery fees and times vary depending on the type of products requested, the services selected, and the delivery address. We will do our best to deliver the products to your address or make them available for pickup at the appropriate store on the estimated delivery date specified in our confirmation email. If we cannot meet the delivery/pickup date, we will contact you as soon as possible to set another estimated date. We will inform you when the order is ready for pickup or delivery at the address, as appropriate. If you wish to pick up from one of our stores, you must collect the order within 7 working days of being notified that the order is ready. If the order is not collected, we reserve the right to cancel the order without any notice, and to return the products to our warehouses and (if applicable and possible) refund the amount to the card used for payment. If you choose delivery to your address and no one is present at the specified address at the time of delivery, the delivery company will contact you to arrange another delivery appointment. Products can be left with a third party (such as the building doorman or a household maid) with explicit authorization. Please be aware that all damages that may occur to the products you ordered (including loss and/or damage) after we deliver them to the specified address or after receiving them from our store (as appropriate) are the customer’s responsibility. We are not responsible for returning or replacing products if the address you provided is incorrect. Sometimes, delivery of your ordered products may be delayed or prevented due to reasons beyond our control (such as material shortages, delays in import, or higher demand than expected). In such cases, we will do our best to inform you, but we are not responsible for any delay or failure to deliver. Online Order Cancellation: You can cancel online orders by contacting the customer service department during working hours within one hour of placing the order. If you paid by credit or debit card and cancel the order according to this paragraph, we will cancel the authorization or start the refund process (as applicable) as soon as possible, but we are not responsible for how long it takes for the funds to be returned to your account, as this depends on banking procedures. In accordance with the applicable consumer protection laws in the country of purchase, please note that we cannot accept cancellation requests outside the specified periods, as the order will be prepared and cannot be canceled except through the return/refund process mentioned above. Discounted Products: Products marked with a discount label indicating the percentage discount and the price after discount will be identified. Promotional codes cannot be applied to discounted products. Please note that completing your purchase signifies your agreement to our store’s replacement and return policy.
